Sonitrol and their employees provide a perfect service. The equipment is easy to use and provides a safe environment. Their staff is wonderful, they are always there when you need them, they are helpful and always very pleasant. I regret not using them in our move to another building that had another service. If I had to do it again, I would have used Sonitrol

We are another victim of their unethical contracting/sale practice. Again, if we can give ZERO stars, we would. We are in contact with government agency to see what can be done to stop other companies from being victims of their unethical business practice.
Another thing to note is their google reviews. We trust google reviews very much and when we found they were 5 stars, we thought they are a good solution for us and they are legit company that takes care of their customers. After what had happened to us, we came back and looked at those 5 stars reviews and what AMAZED us the most is that some of the 5-star reviews were written (well no words) by their employees. ouch... we regret that we didn't do enough due diligence before signing up for their service, which actually not very bad to be fair, but the way how we were treated outweighed anything that they provided. Anyway, now, we have done that for you, so you don't have to be the victim.
UPDATE: thanks for response to the review. Frankly, we think the contract was constructed with misrepresentation, failure to disclose important information before the contract signing, and more importantly unconscionability. We have reviewed all the email communications and recordings of the all the meetings to find out that lengthy term of contract were not mentioned in any of those engagements. As a matter of fact, three of the employees in the meeting agree to testify that your rep confirmed that the service was a month-to-month with 30 days cancellation notice. Moreover, the office had the sonitrol equipment from previous tenant/business, but the rep insisted we could not use those and talked us into installing new ones. That is why we were left without choices to pay a hefty installation and equipment cost (even more than the whole contract amount) to get it started and still to pay a monthly service charge. Our office lease was just 2 years and it makes no sense to sign a 5 years agreement. If you were in our shoes, would you do it? We didn't even sign up for 2 year contract with ComCast to get the service discount. Yes. we were not careful enough to examine the contract thoroughly, but it was with trust and based on the superb reviews of your firm. It turned out that no one should trust that any more, because it was just a lie.
