I just feel appreciative of the Bastion team and their guards for providing 5 star service at my living apartment community in Oakland, CA. Huge shoutout to Eronie who has helped reshape the sense of community in my building. Prior to his arrival at my unit, there were lots of disagreements and disturbances amongst residents and the environment feel tense and unsafe. Especially after leasing office business hours. I almost moved out because of this. Eronie has such a kind, friendly, and welcoming personality. He is always attentive, and I actually see a guard doing rounds in the complex now. It's been several weeks now that my apartment complex no longer has those disturbances in common area, and I know he played a key role in this transition. Overall, I have decided to continue living where I am at now that the community feels safer with Eronie and the Bastion Security team.
