I just feel appreciative of the Bastion team and their guards for providing 5 star service at my living apartment community in Oakland, CA. Huge shoutout to Eronie who has helped reshape the sense of community in my building. Prior to his arrival at my unit, there were lots of disagreements and disturbances amongst residents and the environment feel tense and unsafe. Especially after leasing office business hours. We’ve had some specific requirements reaching above our contracted service and Kao Phan came through each time. Always on the ball, very communicative and professional.
