Wanted to share my experience. Honesty and integrity go long way in my book. Especially today when business are looking only at short term gain and not winning customers for life. Went to the shop shared my issue with my car radio and the gentleman came to the care shared with me how to reset the unit and it magically started working. I know that I will need to replace this unit in the future and guess where I will be going Guru. Thank you.

Phenomenal. Fast. Fair. Fantastic. High-quality high value, these guys don’t mess around and they know what they’re doing. No wonder everyone comes back here and gives such high praise. Hands-down one of the best experiences I’ve had from start to finish. Thank you so much for your help replacing my head unit and solving any of the minor complications that came up in the process. Needed an aftermarket CarPlay upgrade to my 2018 Toyota Corolla and thank goodness I called in before purchasing my pioneer (DMH-W3000NEX) online because the Guru crew had it in stock. So be sure to call in and check they have a lot in stock! In 2 hours the install was complete and am very happy with the results. No lag, steering wheel functionality is still perfect and the rear view camera looks even better. If you need any upgrades done to your car cannot recommend Guru enough!
