Aclarity Systems

As a Property Manager for over 17 years, I fully appreciate how important security is in a multifamily setting, now especially more than ever. I think that industry professionals would also agree that it takes a multi-pronged approach to reducing and/or deterring crime, and the remote monitoring component of this equation is becoming increasingly more important as the nature and frequency of crimes changes, as well as how our public perceptions and policies influence law enforcement. This is where Aclarity Systems comes into play. I have utilized remote monitoring services from other companies (I will not list them by name, since I know how challenging security and adjacent industries can be) and upon switching to Aclarity Systems, I noticed an immediate improvement in our quality of service and attention to care. Not only is the monitoring software more robust, we are receiving alerts for any suspicious activities observed. Moreover, their dispatch team expeditiously contacts our onsite security vendor with any concerns, and the communication and teamwork there between vendor partners has been incredibly impressive. We have been working with Eric Wu & Travis Engelman on contract and setup, and they have both been amazingly flexible and diligent from the bid process, through transition, all of it. Additionally, Jay with Space Age, their camera installation subcontractor, has been a rock star. He is patient, knowledgeable, and eager to offer his recommendations or bounce ideas for camera placement, as well as navigating structural hurdles for installation. Lastly, their security dispatch subcontractor, ADS Guards, have been absolutely professional and responsive so far. We are happy to be Aclarity customers, and look forward to a continued partnership. If the level of service we've received so far maintains, I have a feeling we'll be utilizing their services for a long time!
