Spidexx Pest Control - Wisconsin

Jennifer did a very complete and thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of our buildings. She took the time to explain everything and to answer any questions we had. It's clear that she has an extensive knowledge regarding pest control. I'm looking forward to working with her! Brady completed pest control spraying ,bait checking, outside powder distribution and thoroughly explained each step this morning. Like all Spidex service people, Brady did an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable about products used and I am very impressed with his attitude and care concerning my home. I’m very appreciative of the Spidex team!

Brady was able to squeeze us when when they were a bit short handed, but he was not rushed while here. He took the time to explain what he found and had suggestions - even scheduling a date for a return visit. Very thorough & professional.

Edit: An Account Manager contacted me and assured me that my appointments will be scheduled on the weekend from now on. If it is scheduled on a weekday again, my rating will be adjusted. They also assisted with the pricing, but only if I signed up for another year of service. I don't mind re-upping the service since it works and keeps the bugs away. I appreciate their quick response and good customer service, hence the five stars. I like to have the inside of my house done… However, they always schedule my service for the middle of the day during the workweek. I have asked over and over to schedule me for the weekend, but it never happens.... Read full review

Jennifer did a great job letting me know her maintenance plan up front and asking if I had any specific concerns that needed addressing. When she was finished, she let me know that she handled a few minor pest issues that she found. She was pleasant, courteous, and closed the dog gate on her way out!
