I have been using SmartFix Computers for a couple of years now. So many times that the owner and my Dad and I are all friends. This company really is great. Michael knows about everything that I have asked him about and I am sure so much more. There are no know-it-all people that make it embarrassing to go in and talk. He ust nice folks that want to help you out. Yes, I am a bit biased, but I promise that in this case it’s just honesty that is leading this review.

My desktop computer suddenly refused to power up right in the middle of an important business project with a tight deadline. The big box stores told me it could take up to two weeks to fix—time I didn’t have. I brought it to SmartFix COMPUTERS & CELLPHONES and met Michael, the owner. I had never worked with him before, but after I explained the situation, he assured me he’d get right on it. That same afternoon, Michael called to say my computer was fixed. The culprit was a small power component that had failed. For just a couple hundred dollars, I was back up and running in only a few hours; an enormous relief. The shop is clean, professional, and run by people who clearly know their stuff. Michael and his technician exceeded my expectations. It’s refreshing to have a locally owned business that delivers quality work quickly and supports its community. SmartFix COMPUTERS & CELLPHONES is now my go-to for computer and cell phone needs. They open at 10 AM and are conveniently located near Hwy 14 and 164th Street in Vancouver. Highly recommended use them with confidence!
