This tech shop was amazing! I went in there a little while ago looking for a very budget MacBook so I could run Logic Pro, the free trial version of course 😅. They had some MacBook airs that were a bit over priced for my budget but the guys had me write my number down and they would give me a call if they found one just for me. I didn’t think much would happen but I got a text saying they found a MacBook, it needed some repairs and such, but Zach, the guy who helped me, fixed up the perfect MacBook! The MacBook was said to have a bad battery and no ssd or os, but he fixed it all up for me and it was perfect!!!! I had questions and concerns and he answered them all and we picked the best os for me to use with logic. Been using it for a few days with no hiccups at all! Amazing company! Would recommend to anyone looking to repair, or purchase a device etc.

Zach and his crew are awesome! I have an older laptop that had a couple issues including randomly shutting off, but didn't want to just trash it. Stopped by the Simply Tech shop (which is super clean and has a nice range of affordably-priced computers, cell phones, and more for sale, BTW) and Zach gave a clear explanation of his recommendations and the charges, then took down my info via tablet. I received several super-friendly text messages with detailed updates about the work and testing they'd been doing, and the various options I had for the power issues were explained clearly and in plain English. Shop rates are very reasonable, especially compared to the high cost of buying a new computer. If you have a computer that you're trying to keep alive, or if you're looking for a "new to you" tech item that's not going to break the bank, I highly recommend you go see the folks at Simply Tech!

If I could give 12 stars I would. Zach was professional, talented, knowledgeable, and communicated every step of the way. I had 2 IPad pros with busted screens. One worse than the other. The bad one bent the frame on the corner with the camera and he straightened it out as best as possible while explaining why he needs to be cautious in this area. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. These were repaired in a matter of days at a cost that beats the competition by a decent margin. I’d pay more for the service, but I got the best of both worlds on this transaction. You won’t be disappointed. I’ll be back shortly to replace tired batteries on old iPhones.
