10/10! This is the only phone repair shop I found that would do a battery/back glass replacement on my OnePlus, one of them (I won't say what shop) even told me I'd be better off getting a new phone because it'd be too expensive to repair. Not this place! I understand I have an uncommon phone, but a new battery and back glass was shipped in a week (would've been quicker if shipping didn't break the first back glass, NOT My Broken Phone's fault). The place seemed really busy the day of the repair, but he still got it done in about an hour and he even cleaned the charging port at no extra cost. I will absolutely be coming back if I need another phone repair! I imagine if you have a common iPhone or Samsung, a similar repair can be done day of while you get to enjoy lunch of the pho place right next door. I'll be recommending this repair store to anybody that asks :)
