Fixoid - Vancouver

I took my phone to UBreakIFix down off of Mill Plain earlier this year because Google was forcing a battery update. I will NEVER go to that store again. Not only was their communication terrible, they lied to me. Fast forward to last week, my phone died on Saturday night just sitting on a table. It wouldn't charge and wouldn't even turn on. After trying all of the suggestions offered by online forums for my type of phone, a battery icon with a question mark in the middle started flashing on the screen. I had a great experience. I have a cheap laptop that had a virus. Alex eas able to fix it fast and for a good price. I would definitely recommend for all your IT needs.

Brought my ps5 in to get a new hdmi replaced. Thank god for them bc I reqly depend on my ps5 gor my two kiddos and my video services. It was timely. Guys were nice and courteous. Alex was great! I contacted them asking about my iPad that wouldn’t take a charge. Answered all my many questions including upfront costs and possible additional costs. I dropped off my ipad, they started the process of repairing it and contacted me to explain the cost for repair. The cost was extremely reasonable. I was able to pick it up the same day! Great team! I will definitely be going there in the future for all my electronics repairs.
