Alex was great! I contacted them asking about my iPad that wouldn’t take a charge. Answered all my many questions including upfront costs and possible additional costs. I dropped off my ipad, they started the process of repairing it and contacted me to explain the cost for repair. The cost was extremely reasonable. I was able to pick it up the same day! Great team! I will definitely be going there in the future for all my electronics repairs.

I took my phone to UBreakIFix down off of Mill Plain earlier this year because Google was forcing a battery update. I will NEVER go to that store again. Not only was their communication terrible, they lied to me. Fast forward to last week, my phone died on Saturday night just sitting on a table. It wouldn't charge and wouldn't even turn on. After trying all of the suggestions offered by online forums for my type of phone, a battery icon with a question mark in the middle started flashing on the screen. My husband and I decided it was time to take it to a repair shop to see if it could be fixed. I called a few local repair shops and, upon calling Fixoid, Daniel gave me VERY detailed information as far as what I could expect if I brought my phone in. So, I dropped it off, gave them all the information they needed, and hoped for the best! Turns out, the previous store I had taken my phone to earlier this year never fully plugged my battery back in so it was slowly loosening over time until it finally completely disconnected. The people at Fixoid didn't try to pass it off as a different issue in order for me to pay more in parts which is something I really appreciated and valued. I was grateful when I got a call from Dennis at Fixoid that my phone was ready within the time frame they quoted me. I will definitely be coming back to this establishment if I ever need more intense repairs than what my husband and I can handle on our own. 😊 Communication and honesty go a long way and the current employees at Fixoid did a wonderful job!
