I wish I would have believed the other one star reviews — they lied to our home warranty too. The technician, Tony, came out three times, and we still do not have a working oven. This last time he came out and said that the oven needed to have the cooling fan calibrated but he never called back to return and repair this. I called to find out what is happening, and he apparently reported that nothing needed to be fixed with the oven, which is not what he told us when he was here. The oven varied by more than 100 degrees. Tony also cursed in front of my kids when he dropped a call and was frustrated by that— obviously my kids were made super uncomfortable by this. Since we already paid the initial fee we are stuck working with them, and still don’t have a well-working oven. What a nightmare.
