Contacted Appliance repair Masters (Ryan) the tech said he would arrive at our home to evaluate and estimate the problem with our oven. He said he would arrive around 10:am Tuesday 9/15/2020 by noon he had not shown up we called his office left a message he called back about 1/2 hour later said he was running late and would arrive in about 35 minutes. by two o'clock he still had not shown up. We called again and left a message he finally showed up after 3:00pm . He said he was having an issue with his girlfriend who was in the hospital and he was also having car troubles. He told us that he thought he could repair our Jenn-Air wall mount oven after about 15 min. of checking it out. He said that a limit switch was not functioning correctly. He removed the switch, said he would order a new one and return to fix the oven. He charged us $99.00 for his service call. On Thursday 9/17 Ryan called and said he found a replacement part and he would come out on the 18th somewhere between 10:00 am and Noon. We waited on Friday for him to show up. At 2:00pm we called his office and his cell phone number, left a message on both. He did not respond. We called again on Sat. 9/19, no response. We figured he might not work on week-ends so we waited till Monday 9/21 When he did not call by noon we called his office and cell phone again no response. Today is 9/24/2020 a week after he told us he had our replacement part and still he has not shown up to replace the defective part nor has he called to let us know if he still intends on completing the repair. A curtsey phone call would be appreciated.
