Literally stole $850 from us. Eight months of him trying to fix an oven requiring a deposit of $850 and at the end of the day he couldn’t figure it out. Damaged our floor stole our money and walked away. Now we have to deal with small claims court. And we’ll have to go after the insurance company for the damage to the floor.
I just want to say that Christian from C&C appliance is amazing. He absolutely saved us. He truly went above and beyond. Our Thermador refrigerator broke right before the holidays . At the time we couldn’t find a reputable company in our area to fix it. We were about to attempt to fix it ourself when we went to go get parts and someone told us about Christian. So I called and he usually works in the Auburn /Lincoln area etc. He was able to come to us in placerville this last week . We are beyond happy. My husband and I were beyond happy. He was able to fix our refrigerator right on the spot. He is so good at what he does. He is incredibly professional , Honest and knowledgeable . We were crying happy tears after being without a refrigerator for a month and a half and also being told by another company it most likely couldn’t be fixed. I seriously recommended Christian 100%. He is seriously the best .
I am dealing with a warranty issue and have had this company out 3 years previously. When I called them about a gas leak at my stove a few months ago and told them we tried to fix it already they didn’t ask the simple question(learning point for me) are you possibly out of propane? So I called and canceled when I recognized my own ignorance. Not a leak just out. But that would have been $190 just for them to come out. Now I’m back to the warranty issue…if the problem is with the compressor I just asked for a rough estimate of possible costs so I could get a ball park to what I paid for the fridge and the cost of repair as the warranty company won’t cover the cost over the value of the fridge and I have to pay privately and be reimbursed. The receptionist did give me the answer than rudely hung up on me. Really? Why would I call you back for the repair? Yes, sometimes we get asked stupid questions at work! Her attitude sucks. I’m done
Look at his quotes to all. Always the same thing. Does he even know? Charges more then other service folks in area. This is not my real name. I don't want him to hassle me again. Oh the ice maker was in warranty and recalled. After 300.00+ i found out it still didn't work. A company came out and told me about the recall. Replaced the whole thing. He should of known. Or did he?
We live in a rural area where GE appliance corporate servicing is unavailable, so we went looking for a private repair man who could fix our GE Washer. Christian the owner, is based in Auburn but was happy to come out our way to Pilot Hill. He did an excellent job with all aspects of the job, diagnosing the issue, ordering the needed part and fixing the washer within a few days. He was good about communicating pricing and appointment times, breaking down the cost of labor and parts, etc., Overall, he offers a great value for money and we would definitely recommend and use C&C for any future repairs.
