Our natural gas oven was no longer heating up in the bake setting, so we called Smart Fixes LLC and they quickly diagnosed that the igniter at the lower part of the oven had burnt out. They were able to order the correct replacement part and install it the very next day, quickly and efficiently. The service technician was warm and professional, and followed up four days later to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction! Price-wise, they are comparable to other home appliance repair businesses in the area. Overall we are very satisfied with this experience and service!
