I was pleased with the service provided to replace the damaged HDMI port of my grandson's PS5. I selected this company based on the many positive customer reviews I read. The repair was completed in about 2 hours. My interactions with Mike by phone initially, then in-person and text notification that it was ready for pickup were cordial and informative. The estimated cost I received by phone before bringing it in was accurate and less than other quotes I received. Another company would only provide an on-site estimate. I will use Rock City again and recommend them to others. Thanks for quickly & efficiently resolving my problem.
