I called hoping to repair my home heating unit. The gentleman that responded to look over my existing unit, confirmed my suspicion as to the problem, and found other issues that could become bigger problems. So I asked for options and he provided them. He was professional and knowledgeable. I respect that and I chose a complete new unit. Next day was installation day, and 2 new guys showed up. Both were professional and knowledgeable again. Answered any question I could think of to ask, and also answered a few questions I didn't think to ask. During the installation they never seemed to not know what they were doing. Nothing had to be done twice, because everything went into place the first try. And when they were all done, there was nothing for me to clean up. I am very happy with my new home heating unit.

First off, as someone who runs a service business myself let me say I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism I experienced with Sierra Air. Communication was excellent. I received text reminder from the office with a picture of the technician with his name when he was on his way, the technician called when he was 20 minutes out, showed up as expected, vehicle was clean and presentable. The technician introduced himself, put shoe covers on prior to entering my home and went to work. After diagnosing my furnace the technician explained the issues to me in understandable terms allowing me to make a educated decision to replace my furnace. Donny, the design consultant came the same day to help me choose the right system, crawled under the house and inspected the ductwork, did the necessary calculations to determine the proper size furnace for the square footage of my home. From the first phone cal, everyone I dealt with delivered a excellent customer service experience. I highly recommend Sierra Air

I am so happy with Sierra Air! I had to get a new HVAC system last year and solicited four bids. Sierra Air was the best all around and I am so happy I chose them. I just had my one-year service with Tim and he was so helpful in making a few adjustments. I have worked with several service people from Sierra Air and they have all been beyond excellent. If you need a new HVAC system, call and ask for Frank - he was wonderful in helping me get the right system at a decent price point. I never felt that he was overselling more expensive options. Trust is key for me - Sierra Air has exceeded my threshold.
