Water line replacement. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Almost 2 months time. Can’t get a phone call back for days. Sometimes not at all. Company out of Las Vegas bought them and kept the name. So dissatisfied with everything. Would not recommend them to anyone. I’ve been lied to , promised times that nobody showed up for weeks.
!!!!!!!!!!YOU MUST READ THIS BEFORE YOU MAKE A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They installed $10K back flow preventer about 14 months ago with easy connecting pipe job, and it started leaking 3 weeks ago. I requested a repair and tech guys came and estimate $45K for redo whole line because warranty 12 months was expired. Then he told me his boss Lisa will contact me to discuss, so I explained to her and she said she will get back to me. However, she never call back to me and I emailed because she didn’t answer. She answered me a week later with the answer she doesn’t want to get involved with this issue and suggested me to call again customer support. And I called and made an appointment for maintenance but they called me back for canceling the appointment because they don’t have any technician who has license of back flow for now. So funny. This is how this company employees work. ! ! ! ! !
Been calling for 2 weeks. No response. Told me job would be done in 3 days but still has not been done. Going on for a month.Communication is not a priority. All I want is to be in the loop. Very disappointed in management. Workers are great when they are here. Think I’m going to have to contact the contractors board. Don’t know what else to do.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience with Hoffman Plumbing! Nick, Lucus, and Levi were amazing, professional, knowledgeable, and truly take pride in their work. They were also very friendly and easy to work with, which made the whole process stress-free. It’s rare these days to find a team that combines expertise with such great customer service. I will definitely use Hoffman Plumbing again and recommend them to friends and family for any plumbing needs. The company is lucky to have such an exceptional team!
The water line to my house broke on a Sunday. Another local plumbing company came out on a Sunday but was unable to fix the stop and flow due to not having the part. I didn't hear back from the other plumber first thing Monday, as I was told. I called Hoffman. Hoffman was very responsive and got a plumber out on Monday morning for assessment. The plumber and dispatcher were very communicative. When I thought the other plumber was not being responsive on Monday, Hoffman stepped up and was willing to start the job on Monday Afternoon. I ended up using the other plumber due to having them respond on Sunday and start the process with insurance. Hoffman was understanding, and I appreciate their understanding of the urgency and willingness to help me get my water back on. I will likely use them in the future for plumbing needs due to their professionalism. Thank you.
