I absolutely cannot say enough great things about 911 Restoration. Ronnie showed up immediately after I called about the flooding situation in our house, (did I mention it was a Sunday?) he showed up and spent a lot of time assessing the damage, walked us through the process thereby alleviating a lot of our fear and trepidations for the next steps. Ronnie stayed in touch with me on a daily basis, anything he promised would get done, he made sure it got done. Monday morning, Chris and another gentleman ( Chris was the lead for the removal so I mainly spoke to him) showed up and began the removal of the water soaked materials and to also start the drying process. Chris and co-worker were fast, efficient and always in a good mood. They spent the remainder of the week, diligently working to ensure things were removed and to salvage what they could. After, Mike ( Michael) began coming to the house on a daily basis to inspect the drying process. He too, always professional, informative and personable. John popped by once things were dry to take out a remaining portion of a cabinet, provided me with even more useful information. Also, so kind, respectful and informative. I have dealt with people in the trades before, all good people but the staff from 911Restoration exceeded any and all expectations. Theses guys have been great! I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Everyone we interacted with was outstanding: kind, approachable, and truly invested in their work. Amanda is incredible—she stoped by after a long days work, always responds quickly to my texts, and is always ready to help with anything we need. Isaiah and Bret were attentive and proactive about that roof issue, and Mike patiently answered all our random questions with thorough explanations. The whole team made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and even reassuring. 911 Restoration didn't just fix the problems—they treated us like family and prioritized our peace of mind. I'm sincerely hoping we never need restoration services again, but if we do, they're on speed dial.
