911 Restoration of Reno

We recently hired 911 Restoration for shower remediation work, and they went far beyond what we expected. While addressing the bathroom issue, their team—specifically Isaiah and Bret—randomly spotted a separate, completely unrelated roof leak that we had no idea existed. It could have caused major hidden damage down the line, and catching it early was a huge relief. They didn't have to point it out or go the extra mile, but they did because they genuinely care about doing the right thing for their clients. I absolutely cannot say enough great things about 911 Restoration. Ronnie showed up immediately after I called about the flooding situation in our house, (did I mention it was a Sunday?) he showed up and spent a lot of time assessing the damage, walked us through the process thereby alleviating a lot of our fear and trepidations for the next steps. Ronnie stayed in touch with me on a daily basis, anything he promised would get done, he made sure it got done.
