Sherri's Kitchen & Bath

Recently I decided to upgrade my kitchen and counter top in our master bathroom and I thank God I met Sherri, thanks to this amazing lady, to make my kitchen look great, she gave us lots of options, and also some details about what to do or not a very nice lady willing to share her knowledge in preparation of a project . The crews are very diligent they did a great job. I thank to Chad a very talented man in electrical together with bryan who did the can lights in my kitchen it looks great and Brad did my back splash tile very carefully and putting my counter top in my master bathroom and he make sure that we are happy in the outcome and I surely am. Thanks to those fantastic crews, I look forward to making more projects with them. I highly recommend their business. The price is right. Things started out fine but went downhill fast. Sherri was knowledgeable about the Onyx shower and bath products and she had some good design suggestions, which we appreciated. However, her installation crew was shockingly bad. (Don't let Chad do any installation at your home.) Installation crew did absolutely crazy work, such as: they cut off the finished edges of the countertop and installed it that way and expected us to just accept it; they installed shower panels upside down so an unfinished edge was at the top of the shower; and those are just a few examples of their work. The ENTIRE new shower and bathroom countertop had to be ripped out, reordered, and reinstalled. This left us without a usable bathroom for months. To Sherri's credit, she hired another subcontractor (not her own crew) and paid them to reinstall it all and to make it right. However, this tells me she doesn't have another crew besides the one that did terrible work. If you plan to use this business, find out what experience the crew has, and don't let Chad do any work at your home.
