Van Cleave was great to work with and did a really nice job on our remodel. Their ability to model and render our design ideas upfront made planning incredibly easy and clear. A big shout-out to Greg and Noah for their exceptional craftsmanship—the attention to detail was the best I’ve ever seen! They seamlessly blended the new additions with the existing structure, and the results are remarkable. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would recommend Van Cleave for any remodeling project.

We had a great experience working with Van Cleave Construction. Jim, our lead carpenter, and the others that helped were great to work with. He had a lot of great ideas as far as design, especially with our family room ceiling. The detail and craftsmanship he put into it are over the top. From our bath remodel, to matching our hall flooring to the existing floor, everything turned out perfectly. From start to finish, everyone was great to work with and very knowledgeable and helpful.

We couldn't be happier with the work done by Van Cleave! Last year, they transformed the exterior of our home with new siding and a beautiful porch. Currently, they're renovating our kitchen, laundry room, and installing new flooring throughout our main floor. The entire crew is fantastic to have around – they're respectful and always clean up before we get home from work. The designer has been incredible to work with, helping turn our dreams into reality. Communication is seamless, thanks to their app which lets us track daily progress, see the plan for the next day, and easily message the team. Highly recommend them for any renovation project!
