Cabinets Counters & More

Super disappointing experience with this company. First of all I worked in a showroom for 5 years so I understand customers and orders and all the difficulties that come with it. We knew what we wanted. We had the measurements and were very direct and did not take up much of their time at all. We maybe had a 25-30 consultation tops. I feel like because we did not go with the 7k order and went with a $1200 order they did not care about our business. It took them 4 1/2 weeks to get our countertops finished. We told them we needed them ASAP and they said it would be done in 2 weeks. Then when it hit 4 weeks and we had to call them. They did not call us. When I called they said it would be 4 more days. Then the counter tops arrive they are made wrong. We said “no backsplash” on our order sheet it says “backsplash: none” when we went in to tell them we are out of time and they were made wrong they said “sorry we will take off $300” ……. You gave us the wrong thing 2 1/2 weeks later (we are on a deadline) and you ONLY want to give us $300 off? You cant even reuse this counter top, it would have been thrown away if we had returned it for the right thing we ordered.. Very sad and disappointed with the lack of communication and care for our order or us as RETURNING customers. We have more cabinets and countertops to order for another home in the future. We will be looking for another company
