I had back glass and a back screen replaced. Now that back glass is peeling off and the battery is having issues as well as a black dot in my screen somehow. I had this done maybe sometime early this year and it is now may having these issues. Judging by the other reviews on here and their replies, I will most likely get blasted or called a liar or something. I didn’t have any issues with him but it is a dead giveaway on how he treats his customers.
I got into a bind with my wife's iPhone not wanting to reset, I explained my issue to Matt and Erik, and they were not only helpful but very hospitable people. Hard to find good customer service now days and these guys went above and beyond good customer service.
I was very pleasantly surprised at the customer service I received from Pro Cellular! I didn't realize think there were any stores left with that old fashioned customer service policy. I was in and out and they are ready to help if I need to come back in. Totally Impressed! Thanks, Eric!!
They repaired my iPhone 6s that had been dunked 2 days prior. I did not have a lot of hope , but thought to see if anything could be done. They were able to get the phone dried out, new screen faster than promised at a very reasonable price. The back camera did not work and they tried a replacement , but it was a board issue; I appreciate the effort to try! Highly recommend!
