I was looking for a specific breaker, and not only did he find it right away, but by the time I arrived at the store he already had it waiting for me with a ticket ready to go. When I walked in, Andre immediately greeted me by name and handed me the breaker like I was his top client — even though it was just a small purchase. That level of attention and professionalism is rare, and it made my first experience with Shepard Electrical Supply exceptional. What impressed me even more was that Andre took the extra step to look up the branch closest to my office (since I was working out of town) and told me, “If you ever need anything, give me a call and I’ll have it ready for pickup at your local branch.” That kind of service makes all the difference. The company does not value your time. I have been waiting for unloading for an hour. I arrives at 06am. And before that I arrived yesterday at 3pm. But they did not unload on principle because the documents say the time is for tomorrow. Unloading is fast by 5 min. With a short driveway for a big truck. But they do not allow me to drive my forklift 100m. That is why I had to drive inconveniently for a long time. And now I have been waiting for an hour. The clock shows 06:55am
