Brought my 09 Odyssey to Gary for a timing belt water pump change and they found I also needed a new motor mount, when we got the vehicle back it felt like a newer machine, tighter and smoother ride with no clunks while shifting. Thanks Gary's automotive.
Awesome service! Took my baby in for an inspection was gone in less than an hour! Thank you!… Repeat customer here. I needed an alignment done so I can pass Maryland inspection. They took care of me and my needs, I am beyond satisfied……. Update: new truck needed tires. Took it to Gary’s and got it taken care of. Broke my heart to hear Tony left the shop to move to another state. Alway hate seeing good people leave.
I have been looking for an honest and reliable vehicle care center for a while. I visited this location 2 times, and finally made an appointment. I wanted to speak to the people and get a proper feel for how they operate. I scheduled my service with TONY (who is professional and fantastic). He explained everything and sent text message information and appt. reminders. He also allowed me to look at the shop and speak to the ASE mechanics. The service provided by Gary (JR) was outstanding. His care and attention to detail was excellent, and he was very careful as to not place tools where they can scratch anything, and treated my vehicle like his own. I want to thank them for outanding service and customer communications! I will spread the word!
