When the light over my kitchen sink no longer worked and I needed to have a new one installed, I remembered the great work Green’s Electric and Plumbing did installing recessed lighting in my home several years ago, so I gave them a call. This time was no different. I am totally pleased with the promptness of scheduling and the quality of the light installation. I am happy to recommend Green’s Electric and Plumbing for your home electricity needs.
We Were Off To A Rocky Start
One of the plumbers incorrectly installed my faucet. The owner got wind of my dissatisfaction and frustration from a voice mail I left. I was surprised the owner called me back and made arrangements to have the faucet properly installed! Now that's integrity and customer service! You don't see a lot of that now days. I would highly recommend these guys and will call them for all of my plumbing needs!
This company was assigned to me through my home warranty company on 2/9/22 because of a leak under my kitchen sink. At this point, I didn’t know if it was the dishwasher, the garbage disposal, or the pipes themselves.
I spoke to someone to set up an appointment on 2/11/22. They came out on 2/16/22, and at this point, I hadn’t been able to use the sink or DW for about 2 weeks. The plumber was professional and quickly assessed that my garbage disposal was the issue. I got the approval email from my home warranty company later the same day.
I called on 2/17/22 and spoke to someone at Greene’s who stated that they were still waiting on the work order to come through. They would call back after 3pm EST, when they were back at their office. That was the last time I spoke with anyone there, despite 8 messages (2 of which were from the warranty company).
The home warranty company actually got through yesterday (3/10/22) and spoke with someone who told them the exact same thing they told me on 2/17/22: they would call back after 3pm EST, when they were back at their office. It’s now 3/11/22, and I did not hear from Greene’s. So, from 1st call
To today, it’s been almost a month. To replace a GARBAGE DISPOSAL, which I know doesn’t take long - I wish I knew how to do it.
I called the home warranty company and asked to be reassigned to another company. It’s such a shame because they are a local company for me, and I would have loved to support a local business.
