Their service people were very knowledgeable and polite. There were problems with the new water heater they were installing, and they continued working with us to the point of installing another new water heater. We would certainly use them again
The plumber did not correctly diagnose the problem. He was clearly inexperienced and did not investigate thoroughly. Problem is still not resolved. No follow up. Very disappointed. Upon my one star review, Shepard called to understand my concerns. I explained the situation and without hesitation they refunded my payment in full. I appreciate the owner taking responsibility for their mistake and promptly addressing the matter.
The plumbers that came to help us replace a tub faucet did a great job. We appreciated how skilled and friendly they were. We haven’t needed help from a plumber for some time. Honestly, we were a bit surprised at what it all ended up costing, but I know everything costs more than it used to. We are glad to have things working like they should.
Had a great experience getting help from Tyler! It took a while to diagnose what was causing my leak, but he was willing to keep going until we figured it out. Was very willing to do what was necessary to help me! I would gladly recommend them to anyone. Reasonably priced as well!
The team at Sheppards Plumbing was exceptional. They responded quickly to my needs, and had a true professional arrive. They were polite and together we made a plan to relocate some plumbing lines and install a new hot water tank. A really great experience, and I highly recommend them.
