We had some water damage from our sink leaking without our knowledge. By the time we noticed the damage had already been done. Water under the cabinets and our wood flooring.
Baxter answered the call and got there within the hour.
Brandon and Dre showed up and started right away. They worked seamlessly and with purpose.
They assessed the damage, took photos and started demo quickly to prevent mold from forming. They were transparent about what they were doing and what needed to be done and kept us informed every step of the way.
Now were just waiting for insurance to do their thing, but I didn't have to wait for Baxter to do theirs.

Baxter construction has been very professional and communication has been quick. I called on a busy holiday weekend and Monday morning I got a call scheduling an inspection and quote. Quotes were clear and pricing reasonable. Today construction started and again clear communication of when they would arrive and what was to be expected. If you want it done right, choose Baxter construction!
We had a sudden water issue late in the evening right before the holidays, and Baxter Construction was able to respond quickly. Seth arrived after hours and was extremely kind, professional, and respectful of our home. He walked us through the moisture readings, explained the equipment in a way that made sense, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable. Zach, who came a little later, was also friendly and helpful onsite.
Everything dried out well, and the service itself was solid. I also appreciated that they offered some discounts since we were uninsured, and the team clearly cared about getting us taken care of quickly.
The only thing I’d note for future customers is to ask upfront about how after-hours labor is calculated and whether multiple techs will be billed if more than one arrives. The communication on that piece wasn’t fully clear in the moment, even with my attempts to get clarity and estimated costs. It would be helpful if every technician had some understanding of their billing policies. Once the office was open again though, they were very responsive and explained the charges, which I appreciated.
Overall, the technicians did great work, were very respectful, and helped us get ahead of a stressful situation. Just make sure you clarify the billing structure before equipment is set up so everyone is on the same page.
