Received a call from this repair company on the day I was scheduled to have a repairman come out, repairman said that whirlpool would be scheduling a replacement delivery of my washing machine instead. I followed up with whirlpool directly and they confirmed they would NEVER order a replacement without the repairman coming out to look at it first. I followed up with Yakima appliance services on the phone a week and a half ago and they said they would look into it and get back to me, which they obviously never did. The dishonesty on their end caused further delays in our request for repair and whirlpool ended up having to find a different repair company for me that would at least be honest and report correctly.
