We have a lovely indoor/outdoor fireplace and after 15 years the outdoor glass shattered. Armstrong was recommended to us and it has been an amazing experience. First off Jake walked me through the information and pictures he needed and he was able to find the glass assembly without a service call. The glass was ordered and installed yesterday. The technician did a great job. Called before he arrived and was very courteous. He installed the glass assembly, cleaned up all the broken glass, cleaned the entire fireplace, cleaned both indoor and outdoor glass and hauled away the broken window. This is a very long winded way to say Armstrong are great people and know their stuff. You won’t be disappointed .

I purchased a wood burner from Wilco and asked Jake (owner) to come out to my house for a chimney install quote. Jake made time for me I believe the same day. He looked at the project and unfortunately said he just did not have enough installers to accommodate during the busiest time of year. He didn’t beat around the bush and was up front about what he could and could not do. Jake did say he’d sell me all of his stocked chimney products so I could do the install myself. I’m somewhat handy but had never tackled a chimney job. Jake walked me through every step of the process and fielded numerous phone calls, text messages (many of which were responded to in seconds) and office visits to keep me on track. Amanda at the front desk was also super helpful and extremely polite. I feel this duo went above and beyond to help me with this project. Couldn’t have got it done without all the provided expertise. Can’t speak highly enough of them.
