I called Fosseen's to repair and service my propane fireplace. I had neglected the maintenance and service of the fireplace for a few years. The office staff and field technician were great to work with. They checked out the fire place, made the repairs and cleaned it. The fire place works and looks great.
Richard has expertly serviced my fireplaces for several years. He is diligent in correcting any problems. And along the way he has helped me understand the workings of natural gas fireplaces. I'm grateful for Fosseen's service.

Fosseen service man came to the house to start the fireplace. He was so helpful. While he was cleaning the pilot light he told me how to clean the inside of the stove and how to put the front glass in. I was very happy with his work
Excellent help! I went into their store for a battery cover on my fireplace insert. Guy looked at my photo of old unit and immediately knew what it was. Told me those break all the time. Bought a new unit and I installed it in ten minutes. Programmed to the remote and fireplace back in business. Nice staff!
