Best Tow Service in Wilkes Barre PA 2026 -I want to highlight how professional and experienced this crew of people at Falzone's towing is. I was stuck on the side of Mundy St on my way to the super charger and my car died. I should have charged the night before but I thought I could hold off. I called my usual AAA provider and they were no help. They did not have the proper equipment to tow my 2021 Tesla Model Y. I had to leave my car overnight while they stumbled around just to tell me the next day there was nothing that they could do. So my wife googled and called Falzones and within 30 minutes they showed up and got my car on the skates and dolly truck. They also are taking it down to the closest tesla service center in White Hall Township which is an hour away from where we live in Wilkes Barre. They were completely professional, They were flexible with holding my vehicle while I talked to Tesla to get an updated appointment. The total cost was only $572 and some change compared to the $750 tesla roadside was going to charge us. Michaela was great customer support and so was the other guy who initially got me scheduled as well as the truck operator who came and out and assisted swiftly. I do not know what we would do without Falzones with such a reasonable price and such great service. They are the only towing/service center we will be using for our vehicles.
