AF Smith is my preferred Electrical Contractor. We recently had a major incident at one of our Mid-Rise buildings that required the best of the best, and their team showed up in the middle of the night and showed everyone their masterful skill and dedication. We had our building back up and running full steam within a few hours of their arrival and temp circuits for water restoration equipment and temporary heat installed. Their team of 4 men worked together and pulled off a near miracle that far exceeded anyone's expectations. This was not the mundane wire pulls and panel replacements that I usually call them for and I am more than pleased with their performance and expert engineering in the moment. If you need an electrician, AF Smith should be your first and only call.

Had a bathroom power outlet spark, blow, and char due to clumsiness. I called A.F. Smith the following morning and one of their electricians, Josh, was at the house around noon that day, double checked a few things and made the repair. A.F. Smith and Josh's responsiveness, knowledge, and overall pleasantness was noticed and appreciated, and the price was fair as well. Will definitely be using A.F. Smith for future electrical work when it comes to that. Highly recommended!

Javier did a great job today. He installed an outside outlet for us and found an issue with a room in our house that didn't have working power for some time. He was great at explaining what he was seeing and what he needed to fix in order to get the power working again. We really appreciate his professionalism and desire to have us understand everything. The price was very competitive as well. I know if I need work done again, I will be given them a call.

I worked with AF Smith on a 50A->200A service replacement in a 1960's house in the West Willow neighborhood. The team was responsive, professional, and their union (IBEW) training made me feel confident that their electricians were skilled and safety-minded! I designed the electrical system and completed some portions prior to their arrival and AF Smith was happy to work with me on a time and materials basis. Their electricians took the time to teach and show me how items I was unfamiliar with should be handled (Anthony is a great guy who was willing to teach). I can't recommend them enough!
