Dan did an amazing job fixing my washing machine and also my refrigerator. He was originally planning to come to fix the washing machine but the night before the visit, my refrigerator freezer door rail broke. He came and identified the problem and needed to order the washing machine lock system and a new rail system for the refrigerator. He came back in two days with the parts over the weekend to get the two appliances fixed. His professionalism and his knowledge in appliances is top tier. Really appreciate his work! Thank you!

I cannot recommend Dan enough! Absolutely superb, professional, and prompt service. I had hired him to repair an in-wall microwave where the magnetron had gone bad, and after my telling him the model and what was going on with it, he arrived with the parts - and ended up getting a third one to complete the repair. Knowledgeable, and quick. I also had him look at a dryer that went bad -- and he was able to quickly diagnose that the heating element was at fault and returned the next day with a replacement heating element. Was able to fix the dryer in short order. In both cases, he was up front with parts cost and I really appreciate that. You won't go wrong with Dan and I know who to call next time I have an issue with a home appliance.
