Great communication and service. Tech knew what they were doing. Kept up to date via email. Easy to schedule via text. Didn’t soak me for parts (~20% upcharge which is reasonable). For washer board repair/replacement it was about $500 ($110 for diagnosis and $170 for the repair), $200 for the board, and then taxes and credit card fee. Yes it’s expensive but keep in mind repair shops have to support their overhead, IT system, call intake staff, insurance, etc. while paying people a decent wage and benefits. Staff have to be dependable in this type of business so you want someone good and well trained. Running a small business myself I’ve realized how much is entailed with this. The diagnosis and repair took under an hour total as I had removed the stacked dryer and top of the washer for troubleshooting. Appliances these days just do not last so set aside $500/year as you’ll likely need it for either repairs or eventually replacement. Thank you VA appliance repair I’ll recommend you and use again in the future.
