This company is absolutely terrible! We ordered snow removal for one hour at a price of $70.00. They never said anything about different pricing for residential or commercial properties. They only said that if the snow was cleared within one hour, the price would be $70.00. In reality, they plowed for only 15 minutes, and the work was very careless! We had to clear the snow two more times ourselves. We complained to them, but they didn’t come back until two days later. By then, cars had already driven over the snow, making it harder and more compacted. I was shocked when they sent me a bill for $311.25. They explained that it was because there was a lot of snow and that this was a commercial property. Myself and the surrounding businesses are truly dissatisfied with both their work and their pricing. I paid them and consider this the last time I will ever do business with them. If you plan to work with this company, please be careful. Their work is very sloppy, their prices are high, and they are not clear about pricing from the beginning.
