They squeezed us in on short notice and made sure our vehicle was completely safe before our baby arrives any day now. That meant more to us than they probably realize. They were honest, thorough, and even checked things I didn’t mention. Truly grateful for their integrity and care. 🙏
Whatever you do don't go here. Ever since Ken left, so did the quality and service. I took my SUV in to have a fuel pump replaced and the mechanic fried my wiring harness for my dog lights, then tried to blame it on me. Then my brother brought his van in for a brake job (front and back) and instead of checking to see if there were bolts on the inside, they took hammers to the rotors on the front, damaging the hubs (which they admitted to and replaced) but left my brother with lights coming on on his dash (ABS, Traction control, hill assist, etc ). Took it back up there and they acted like they didn't know what it was. Wanted him to leave it with them for a day to catch the lights. We left and the lights came on and we drove it back so they could see and they refused to even go look at it! How ignorant can you be? Then at that exact moment they said when they hooked it to the code reader it had said it was an erratic wheel speed sensor! If you knew, why didn't you just fix the issue??? I, myself, won't be going back there again.
