I had fraud on my laptop and Anthony did a fabulous job of explaining and advising and fixing the situation. Then my laptop stopped working and within 15 minutes he was here and found the simple solution - it was a glitch with the hdmi accessory. He also spent time trying to fix what turned out to be a defective alarm pro base that no one could figure out. But Anthony and Ben figured out what the problem was - it was defective. They were faster than others I called with the fraud issue and also much nicer and very patient. I highly recommend them.
