Landshark IT

I was introduced to Landshark courtesy of a former co-worker who highly recommended them. I had a hard drive upgrade in capacity and data transfer performed on my work laptop over the course of a weekend, and it went seamlessly - and done in a most professional and courteous manner. Very satisfied . . . and knew I would be a repeat customer. Most recently, I had my home desktop files transferred to a new computer. Despite a few setbacks (due primarily to this user and the "organization" of the sheer volume of data!), Joe worked diligently and patiently to see the issue through. (On his insistence, he even delivered the new computer to my home!) Once a bit of fine tuning was done via a remote session, all was well. In my opinion - and based on the experiences chronicled above - Joe and his organization excel at service. I know (and I've already told this to Joe) that - when the time comes to purchase a new laptop for our home - I'll be coming back again! Again - thanks Joe . . . and Landshark IT!

I have been dealing with Landshark IT for a couple of years. primarily Joe Creuzer, and I could not be more satisfied. His skill and knowledge levels are really impressive. I once had a problem caused by a Windows 10 update that not even the Microsoft Store at international Plaza could solve after several days. The Microsoft solution was to format the hard drive and re-install Windows 10, causing the loss of years of information on that laptop. I spoke with Joe and he seemed to feel that this problem was solvable, so I brought the computer to him. Amazingly, he got me back into the computer, with zero data loss. If I ever have any problems with one of my computers, the only person that I would trust to fix my computer is Joe Creuzer and Landmark IT.

Professional, understanding, and prompt! Ari took my call on a Tuesday. I had a presentation to give on Wednesday. And I had travel plans that required my problem to be fixed by the weekend. Not only did she help make sure I had a device to complete my task on Wednesday but she was flexible enough to make sure that I had my laptop for as long as I could and worked late into the evening on Friday to make sure I had it for my trip on the weekend. I'd highly recommend. Logical and considerate service in the tech world, tough to find.
