I've used Bay Geeks several times going back more than a decade for personal as well as work-related computer issues. Today, Alden installed my home office station for my job and, as usual, everything is running fine. He's personable, patient, and answers all questions in a manner that's easy to understand. I'd give more stars if Google allowed.

I have used Bay Geeks services for keeping my computer's up and running virus free for over 8 years now. Had to call them twice during that time to fix issues I created. I got same day service and they had me running in under an hour. I found out the last time we met that he does networking video surveillance cameras and had them install an 8 camera system that uses network video recording (NVR not a DVR). They service what they sell, and that was what led me towards them.

Bay Geeks is great to work with!! Highly recommend them for security camera issues! Awesome!
