I can't recommend Stephen highly enough! After I called him, he was able to come out to my home the very next day, which I really appreciated. He was extremely friendly, professional, and easy to talk to throughout the entire process. He helped me set up my new computer and tackled a very challenging issue with my appraisal software that others hadn’t been able to figure out. Stephen also gave me some great, practical recommendations for a scanner/printer that suits my business needs. On top of that, he fixed my problem with connecting a third monitor and resolved an annoying iPhone connection issue I’d been dealing with. I have spent several months trying to get my custom pc build to function properly. I took my computer to pinellas computers in Tyrone and adter 5 months they were unable to fix my machine. Steven in a matter of 2 hours fixed my machine and it is running better than ever. He then specifically explained what the issue was. He is literally the most capable and experienced pc technician in the Tampa Bay area.
