They did an excellent job on my Mac. Really the Apple genius bar service has gone down significantly. In my opinion. Their qualitiy is pretty bad. Apple service and repair has been terrible and a couple of locations like freehold and Lawrenceville. I had to go back to the genius bar five times in three months because they gave me a beat down Mac MagSafe board. They also never installed the Louis SOS so I had a problem because my Mac had a few years on it, and you can tell that they had no care because my Mac kinda came up came back dirtier than in terrible service from these people but advance, micro

The screen on my MacBook Pro was flickering and when I tried to restart it, it went black. Took it to the Apple Store, the specialist did some preliminary diagnostics, said he can try reinstalling MacOS but all my files will be deleted. I had some important files I needed (lesson learned, back up files regularly!) so he referred me to AMDC for data recovery. Went to AMDC that same evening and was helped by John, who was friendly, kind, and exuded trustworthy vibes 😃 He said they will prioritize data recovery then diagnose the problem. Before noon the next day, I received a call from Kim telling me they backed up my files and per my authorization, they will order the parts needed to fix the problem. Next day late afternoon, my MacBook was ready for pickup. When John brought out my MacBook, it was so clean that I said I don’t think it’s mine. 😆 Since it was under warranty, parts and labor were covered. All in all, I would highly recommend AMDC, they are courteous, professional, and competent. In fact, I would go directly to them instead of the Apple Store for service.
