There are lot of places where computers are repaired but how many of them are meant for the individual people issues dealing with personal care and low fees? With Princeton PC Repair you have got one and may be the only one in the Princeton area. It was a Friday morning and my laptop just went dead with a very little amount of water spill and I was looking for someone to take care of it. All the big shots didn't have time to even talk before the weekend and asked me to come next week or after 15 days. Fortunately, i was able to call Shawn the savior of Princeton PC Repair, who not only listened to me but also asked to drop the laptop with h... It was a Friday morning and my laptop just went dead with a very little amount of water spill and I was looking for someone to take care of it. All the big shots didn't have time to even talk before the weekend and asked me to come next week or after 15 days. Fortunately, i was able to call Shawn the savior of Princeton PC Repair, who not only listened to me but also asked to drop the laptop with him that day itself - it was 6:30 pm in the evening by then. Rest is history. Not only did he fixed the computer by next morning, he also charged almost half the amount he asked for initially. One thing to be noted here is Shawn doesn't charge to look over the issues. Being very pleased, I asked him if he can do some thing with the display of the laptop. Shawn being very humble replied he is not the person to open up the screen and repair; rather, he would refer me to good people who can do it. I asked him to replace the whole screen. There also, he gave me multiple options to make sure if that investment makes sense or not. Finally, he ordered the part and replaced my laptop screen but unfortunately, the touchscreen and colors were not working but the vendor was not ready to accept that part was faulty. Shawn ordered for a new part again and replaced the screen. He did so without charging a single additional penny from me and took the whole hit himself. A true professional, who keeps his word, completes work within time and budget, Shawn is a gift to this area.

Best repair & customer service. This is my first time Laptop repair in a decade. Usually we have a tendency to go for new things than fixing it. But Shawn came to the rescue. He fixed my daughter’s laptop in no time. Kudos to Shawn. Must go person for any PC / Laptop repairs. Thanks Shawn once again.

Shawn fixed my Microsoft Surface Pro in less than 2 hours. Windows 10 updates were stuck in a spiral of death. Shawn to the rescue with an upgrade to Windows 11. Yeah, I could have wasted a few hours finding and downloading the Microsoft installation media, but Shawn already had it at his finger tips and responded with Ninja like speed. The price was more than fair and he communicates well and is a nice guy to boot. If you are reading this review, don’t hesitate. Get in your car and drive your computer problems over to Shawn’s home office.

Ankit is amazing! Needed my MacBook Pro screen changed. Ankit did for much less than what Apple quoted me and it's OEM Apple Screen, not after market. Highly recommend him!
