Recently had TechnicianX set up my new laptop with transfer & consolidation of data from 2 older computers. This establishment is top-notch - - professional, personable, very thorough and knowledgeable . . . . and at fair and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area or beyond. Special shoutout to Dan Chapman for outstanding service, expertise and patience.

I had such a positive experience at Technician X this morning, I just had to share. It appeared that my Apple Laptop had “died” but within minutes Peter had diagnosed that it was in “hyper-hibernation” and fixed the problem immediately. He was very upbeat and positive as he explained the problem and solution. Technician X will absolutely be my go-to for any future computer issues!

I would highly recommend TechnicianX as your go-to computer repair shop. I took my computer in for one repair and it was discovered that the motherboard was damaged. It would have been a very costly repair. Dan provided a very high level of service and with honesty. He even got me a loaner while he was trying to identify the problem. In the end, I bought a new laptop and he seamlessly moved my data from one computer to another. He has a very professional, pleasant, and patient demeanor.
