I probably found myself in the worst situation possible currently in that my long term PC stopped working. With the tough spot the market is in right now I was extremely worried on how I was going to handle the situation. I found Franks shop and took it to him in hopes that he would be able to diagnose and help with the issue. I dropped off my computer and let him know the situation. Within 24 hours he had gotten back to me and let me know that my graphics card was done. He was able to work with me and give options across multiple price points on what we could do. We ended up going with a small upgrade for just the graphics card which he installed for a very fair price. Overall I am glad I found his shop as it was great service and he was able to get my PC up and running again in just a day.

I cracked the hinge of my laptop over Christmas and was in straight panic mode. As a business owner, being without my laptop is not an option. I found Frank on Google and he helped me right away. I explained to him the issue, also explained I couldn’t be without my laptop, he asked me to send him pictures of the problem and with that he was able to order the parts that were needed and would be delivered the next day. I was able to drop my laptop off and pick it up within a few hours. He kept great communication with me and did an amazing job. Price was also very reasonable. Thank you so much frank! I am late to the party as I work a lot. I am going to be honest as I work with people's lives day in and out. I was trying to do my Bios update on my $5000 gaming PC. It went sideways fast. I found Frank's company through my google search. I was a bit skeptical as he only had 36 reviews, however, he was local and the ratings were good. I dropped it off and got it back working better then ever. I was able to do the other updates with ease and as I write this review now, I am using my rig. The only issue I had was the communication part as I am a big communicator as it comes to business. However, I understand that like all of us, Frank is human and has other responsibilities as he is a one man band. In the end, he did a great job, and I would go back again.
