Super happy with the chimney cleaning services from Oscar at Safe Chimney. He was on time, fast, and left everything looking great. Plus, he recommended a custom rain cap that’s made a huge difference — the chimney’s way better protected now and no more worrying about rain damage. Definitely recommend their services 100%!
Quick response. But not super professional. Asked to use my trash bags, left soot on my carpet and wood floors that I had to wipe up. But my chimney was swept (not all the way to the top though). Wish they had not asked to stand there and watch me fill out this review so he could take a picture of it on his photo as a part of a company challenge.
Jordi was very professional and knowledgeable. He recommended a service to clean our chimney and kept our home very clean while doing his work.
My fireplace needed rebuilding along with the chimney cap. Jordi inspected everything initially, explained the work needed, detail by detail. He also took photos to help me understand why the work was necessary, especially for safety reasons. The whole crew was professional and punctual. Jordi also helped me find a fireplace door because I was particular about the kind of door I wanted, and he was quick to respond to my questions when he wasn't even on site. I highly recommend Safe Chimney and Jordi.
Absolutely wonderful experience, from beginning to end. Jordi arrived as stated. He is such a pleasant person to work with. Jordi explained everything in such detail: causes of issues and next steps. Very thorough cleaning which only took about an hour for two chimneys. Very professional but still very personable which is a great cherry on top!
