It's better to repair things than to replace them, so I'm glad a place like this exists. We used their services to repair a broken laptop lid and it costs a bit over $300. I was fine paying it because I assumed that they would stand behind their repair, but I discovered today they only offer a 30-day warranty on the repairs. ๐ฎ For the price I paid, I honestly expected at least a 6-month warranty, and it's unfortunate that they don't stand behind their repair work for longer. Guess I'll be buying some adhesive tape myself and figuring out how to repair this! UPDATE: I found out why the laptop display wasn't sticking to the frame. THEY NEVER TOOK THE TOP LAYER OFF THE ADHESIVE STRIPS!? ๐คฆ They gave the laptop back to me as a customer without finishing the repair. Ridiculous. -1 one more star.
