I wasn't sure if it was safe to continue using our wood-burning fireplace because it was rapidly becoming smoky. They examined it, cleaned it, and resolved the problem with the airflow. Now that it doesn't smoke up the room, it's operating flawlessly.

Original gas fireplace was 22 years old and finally stopped working and did a brief search and was encouraged by their reviews. Many places not willing to fix older fireplaces and usually suggested expensive complete fireplace replacement. Genesis responded quickly and was able to set up convenient appointment time. Technician was prompt and pleasant and knowledgeable. He a gave reasonable itemized estimate to replace ancient parts which in comparison to replacing the entire fireplace was a entirely practical . Actual repair took less than an hour. Highly recommend.
