Great experience with Derryl the other day. He helped us with two major water leaks in our new to us camper, and was kind and pleasant through the entire 1hr call. The fixes he recommended seem to be holding after several days of rain. Highly recommended!
I called in at 11:40 am and chose option for a call back. Call back was at 5:50 for the intake. My wife called on her phone at 5:20 and chose to wait on hold, after waiting for less than a minute the intake person answered the call. My call back took 6 hours, my wife’s call was less than a minute. Not sure why it took so long for a call back. Nate, the Technician called later and he did a great job addressing the issue I was calling about.
Nate called me at 8pm and walked me through the complete ABS setup with my trailer and truck. Since my it was not in my trailer information packet, he even emailed me the instruction manual. Nate also patiently walked me through a long series of lithium battery upgrade questions I had. Fantastic experience woth BishFix! Thanks you, Nate!!
Wonderful service!! Jeremiah was very nice, he was patient and took the time to explain everything in detail. We live full time in our unit so being able to do a video call to get things started on our fix was amazing!!
