Amazing customer service from the office staff to the delivery drivers. Always a pleasure to deal with. We have a filter in the kitchen and a water softener system from them never any issues they provide fast efficient service always.
Your services are convenient and your delivery people are pros -- helpful and friendly to people and dogs -- which is a rare and precious thing these days. Kudos to Jake, my current delivery guy. I never worry about letting him into my house early in the morning. He loves on my dogs, is always in a good mood -- and he's a complete professional. I am blessed. Thank you!!
Beware. I am leaving two stars because they did fix the issue for which I was forced to have them work on my water system, however, I was told I needed to pay in full prior to any work, fine. Then I got a bill in the mail. Billing politely explained that I must have been misquoted, or mistaken, or the charge was put in wrong. No. I was told a number, charged that number, and then billed for more. This feels like some snake oil salesman, bait and switch bs. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Stellar customer service! Techs have always been pleasant and knowledgeable. Always schedule in an acceptable time frame beings we live out of town, they have just been a great company.
