RPS Appliance Repair

RPS is on our Lowe's protection plan. The technician arrived on time, was friendly and helpful, and went over and above our expectations. We did not have to pay for the repair, because it came under our protection plan. We highly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend RPS Appliance Repair. It is one of the only appliance repair companies that I’ve known to use a tracking system so you know when the technician will be at your house. They keep you updated with text communications, they are honest and do quality work. Chad, our technician was very experienced, professional and courteous. He walked me through the issues and the process of ordering parts and repairing the unit. I would recommend them for any of your appliance repair needs. My repair was part of the Lowe’s protection plan and they coordinated with them and managed the whole process.

Technician :- Mr Lane I requested service from American Home Shield to repair my refrigerator, and I chose to work with RPS Appliances. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. The technician ( Mr.Lane) arrived for my appointment—he was running a bit behind since I was his last stop of the day, but despite that, he remained courteous and professional. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it . I also appreciated their attention to cleanliness. They wore shoe covers when entering my home and ensured everything was sanitized. Overall, it was a great experience. I would rate them 10 out of 10.
