It’s seldom I recommend a place of business but I can honestly say that Seth at Tech Guys far surpassed my highest expectations in every way. The Wi-Fi, usb ports, audio and touchscreen on my HP laptop all quit functioning. Seth spent 2 hours reloading all the drivers and testing to get me back up and running, and only charged me the diagnostic fee. Seth’s in-depth knowledge of everything PC was obvious and he shared a lot of helpful info with me. During that time, I also had the opportunity to see how professional and helpful he was with two other customers that came in while I was there. The pricing is very fair and upfront, and he even suggested that if I needed hardware I could purchase for less on Amazon, etc and he would be glad to install it. These guys are amazing! My PC was very dirty from much dust being accumulated over some years. I clean/ dust it every now and then to keep it looking clean. However, there are many areas where I am unable to get to, or dust that is already too stuck to get rid of with a superficial wipe. I was looking around for someone who would take the PC apart and clean the components individually as I don't have the tools or time to do so myself. They were the only ones I found to provide the service I was looking for, as everywhere else simply did superficial dusting (basically what I am able to do). I really wanted all the parts to be cleaned thoroughly and these guys were able to do just that. They were very friendly and serviceable, got the job done much quicker than I expected, added new thermal paste to the CPU, and even did a temp test on it after being done in order to make sure everything was okay. When I went to pick it up I was really impressed by how clean it looked. It looked like when I first built it about 3 to 4 years ago. They booted it up while I was there to demonstrate the finished job and made sure I was satisfied. Needless to say, I was indeed very satisfied with the job. I definitely recommend these guys. Their service, knowledge, and friendly attitude are all top notch.
